Participants must
be members of the USBC.

The Tournament will
be sanctioned by the USBC and will be conducted under the rules and
regulations of that organization.

The Tournament
shall include competition in team, doubles, and singles events. Bowlers
entering all three events may participate in Handicap All Events prizes
by paying a fee of $5.00. Bowlers entering all three events and Handicap
All Events may enter Scratch All Events by paying in an additional fee
of $10.00. A bowler's first score in the team event will count towards
the All Events total. Both All Events fees shall be returned 100% in the
prize fund. Bowlers must enter Handicap All Events to be eligible for
Scratch All Events.

Any bowler who
places first in the Handicap All Events but has not entered and paid the extra
fee is eligible only for the championship trophy or medal.

There will be one
cash prize for each eight entries in the team, doubles, and singles events, and
one cash prize for each fifteen entries in the All Events. Trophies will
be awarded to the winners of each event. The prize fund will be returned
100% in each event.

TEAM EVENT:
Shall not have more than two (2) Professional Bowlers entered on any one (1)
entry. Bowlers holding professional cards will be classified as
Professional Bowlers.
DOUBLES: Shall not have more than (1) professional bowler entered
on any one entry.
SINGLES: All Professional bowlers must furnish proof of entering
average.

The winner in each
of the events will be declared the Southwest Bowling Association, Inc.
Champion. Bowlers may enter the team event twice, providing
not more than three members of the original team bowl on the second
entry. No bowler will be permitted to enter more than once in the singles
and doubles events. Event Fee will be $22.00 per event (Prize Fund
$11.25-Bowling Fee $6.75-Expense Fee $3.00 & $1.00 Floating Fund).
Entry fee must accompany Entry Applications. No entry fee will be
refunded except when Entry Application is rejected.

Handicap
for Team, Doubles, Singles, and All Events will be 80% of 220. It
shall be each bowler's responsibility to verify the accuracy of average.
Failure to use the proper average or make a correction prior to or at the time
of bowling shall disqualify the score if the submitted average is lower than
the actual average or base prize winnings on the submitted average if it is
higher.

The entering average
of contestants shall be their highest sanctioned Fall-Winter league average
(minimum 21 games) for the immediately preceding season. Bowlers without
sanctioned Fall-Winter average may use their highest sanctioned immediatley
preceding summer average, January 1 average, or current averange at time of
bowling, in that order, providing it is based on a minimum of 21 games.
All others will bowl with a 220 average. The Executive Director of the
Southwest Bowling Association or the Designated Tournament Manager reserves the
right to rerate the average of any bowler entering based upon information
available to the Southwest Bowling Association. Any rerating under this
rule must be made prior to the time the bowler participated in the
Tournament. (USBC Rule 319C & 319E). "10 Pin increase" (Rule
319 A-2) is in effect in this tournament.

No change in Team
or Doubles line-ups will be permitted even though substitutions are
involved. Substitutions or any changes in the original entry or schedule
must be reported to the Tournament Manager at least (1) hour prior to the time
scheduled to bowl.

A substitute
may not participate in the All Events prize money unless they bowl all three
events as a substitute for the same person.

The Team Event will
be bowled on one (1) pair of lanes, with 5 minute practice allowed.
The Doubles Event will be bowled on one (1) pair of lanes, with 5 minute
practice allowed. The Singles Event will be bowled on one (1) pair of
lanes, with no practice allowed. The Doubles Event will be bowled before
the Singles.

All Team Captains
shall report to the Tournament Manager or his representative at least 30
minutes prior to the time the team is scheduled to bowl.

The tournament
Official will rule on all alleged fouls after consultation with bowlers
in the area.

In the event of a
mechanical failure, it is hereby agreed that bowlers affected shall be moved to
the next available pair of lanes.

Early reservations
may be made in writing or by telephone; however, the entry deadline is January
23rd at midnight. If payment for reserved entries has not been received
on or before January 15th, the reservations will be declared void and will be
used to accommodate the first request received. No entry will be accepted
unless accompanied by the entry fee. No entry fee will be returned after
February 1.

MEETING WILL BE HELD SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2012, AT 8:00 A.M., AT THE NORTH
ROCK LANES MEETING ROOM. SOME LANES ON THE 2:00 P.M. TEAM SQUAD AND THE
12:01 P.M. DOUBLES SQUAD MAY BE RESERVED FOR BOARD MEMBERS.
